This Privacy Policy outlines how Enterprise DPC / Shree M Mobile Point ("we", "our", or "the Service") collects, uses, and protects device data when the Enterprise Device Policy Controller application is provisioned on managed devices.

1. Purpose of the Application

The Enterprise DPC application is a dedicated Device Policy Controller (DPC) utilized for enterprise device management, asset security, anti-theft tracking, and commercial asset protection and retail compliance in compliance with Google Android Enterprise specifications.

2. Information & Permissions Collected

• Device Identification: Device Model, OS Version, IMEI, Serial Number, and Battery Level to identify enrolled devices.
• Device Administration (BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN): Enforces enterprise security policies, screen lock policies, and kiosk mode restrictions.
• SIM Card State: Monitors SIM card changes to prevent unauthorized tampering or hardware theft.
• Location Data: Periodic approximate/precise location for anti-theft recovery when requested by the authorized store owner.

3. Data Security & Retention

All telemetry data is transmitted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption and stored in secure enterprise databases. We do not sell, rent, or monetize any customer or device information to third parties.
